Wainuiomata is the gateway to the Rimutaka Forest Park, we are fortunate to own a hut in the park which is some 2 hours tramping into the park, this could be made available to guests.

Wainuiomata also boasts an excellent 18 hole golf course, public swimming pool complex, a seal colony at Turarakirae Head, shopping mall.

We can advise you on other things to do around Wainuiomata, the Hutt Valley and the wider Wellington region. We have travelled extensively throughout New Zealand and are happy to give you advice based on our own experience.

We are able to arrange tours, tramping and walking trips, fishing trips etc.
